At Chizarafashion, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Please read the policy below for how to cancel, return, or request a refund on your order.

📦 Returns After Delivery

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible reasons for return:

  • Missing or wrong items

  • Damaged packaging

  • Quality issues

  • Item not as described

Return Requirements:

  1. Request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your Order ID.

  3. Send clear photos of the item showing the issue.

  4. Include a brief description of the problem.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Take clear photos of the item and issue.

  2. Email our support team with the photos, order ID, and your preferred solution: Return, Refund, or Resend.

  3. Our team will provide you with the correct return address (do not return items to sender’s address).

  4. Ship the package via your local post office.

  5. Share the tracking number with us once shipped.

  6. Once received and inspected, your refund or solution will be processed within 2 business days.


⚠️ Important Notices

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Original packaging is required.

  • Do not return items without authorization.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Lingerie, bodysuits, underwear

    • Jewelry, beauty products

    • Final sale or promotional items

    • Worn or damaged items not due to our error

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

  • Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.

  • Any package sent to the wrong address or returned without prior approval may be rejected.


🚫 No Refund Without Return

We do not accept refund requests without a return in the following cases:

  • You don’t like the item

  • Sizing issues (unless defective)

  • Delivery status shows “delivered” but not received

  • Fabric/type difference already described on the product page

  • Wrong item ordered and already shipped

We may offer a discount coupon for your next purchase in these cases. Please contact our support team.


📌 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
